The Record of Decision (ROD) will follow the release of the Feasibility Study due in November.

The ROD is a public document that will explain EPA's choice of cleanup remedy for the site based on information gathered during the RI/FS process.  The document is subject to public notice and comment as well as judicial review.

Check back for updates on the ROD some time early in 2012.

Each year, EPA grants a ROD of the Year Award.  Let's hope that 2012 yields a new winner with the release of the Portland Harbor ROD!!!
