The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) recently published the September 2008 "Milestone Report for Upland Source Control at the Portland Harbor Superfund Site."

DEQ is the lead agency for investigating and controlling upland sources of contamination to Portland Harbor.  EPA is the lead agency for the in-water sediment investigation and cleanup.
