February 10th the Portland Harbor Community Advisory Group sent a letter of comment to the EPA regarding the draft Human Health Risk Assessment and Ecological Risk Assesment submitted to EPA by the Lower Willamette Group.  Included with the letter is a technical review provided by Environmental Stewarship Concepts.
